Bread Roll/ब्रेड रोल

Ingredients: -

  • Bread packet- Medium size

  • Potatoes- 3 to 4 boiled

  • Mutter/Green peas- 1 bowl boiled

  • Ginger garlic, chilli paste- 2 spoons

  • Coriander and cumin seeds powder- 2 spoons

  • Bread crums

  • Paneer- Optional

  • Red chilli powder- as per taste


  1. Take boiled potatoes and grate it.

  2. Add chilli powder, ginger garlic and chilli paste, salt,     cheese, chat malsala, mutter or peas and coriander in it.

  3. Mix it well.

  4. Cut off the edges from the bread slices.

  5. Sprinkle little water over a bread slice.

  6. Roll the bread slice with roller

  7. Put mixture filling on rolled slices

  8. Roll filled bread in oval shape.

  9. Seal edges so that filling doesn't come out.

  10. Repeat process for all rolls.

  11. Coat the rolls with bread crumbs.

  12. Deep fry rolls in hot oil till it turns golden.

  13. Serve hot crunchy potato rolls with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
